Por lo antes expuesto, este Tribunal de Primera Instancia Penal en Funciones de Control Nº 05 del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Trujillo ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECRETA EL SOBRESEIMIENTO DE LA CAUSA, donde figura como denunciante la ciudadana: LILIA DEL CARMEN ARANGUREN, POR NO REVESTIR el hecho denunciado CARÁCTER PENAL, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 318 ordinal 2º del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal.
