En consecuencia, por los razonamientos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR SÉPTIMO AGRARIO, ACTUANDO COMO JUEZ DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO AGRARIO Del ESTADO TRUJILLO, MUNICIPIOS SUCRE DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA Y MIRANDA DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, CON SEDE EN LA CIUDAD CAPITAL DEL ESTADO TRUJILLO, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, ADMITE EL RECURSO DE NULIDAD DE ACTO ADMINISTRATIVO AGRARIO, presentado por el ciudadano ALEXIS ALBERTO GONZÁLEZ CARRILLO, en su condición de Presidente de la ASOCIACIÓN CIVIL JEROMITO A.C, asistido por el Abogado GERARDO ZAMBRANO, en contra del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE TIERRAS. se ordena librar boleta de notificación al Procurador o Procuradora General de la República,por medio de oficio, al Presidente del instituto nacional de Tierras por medio de boleta y a los terceros interesados por medio de cartel de Notificación
