DISPOSITIVO En fuerza de lo anteriormente expuesto este JUZGADO SUPERIOR SÉPTIMO AGRARIO DEL ESTADO TRUJILLO, MUNICIPIOS SUCRE DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA Y MIRANDA DEL ESTADO MÉRIDA, CON SEDE EN LA CIUDAD CAPITAL DEL ESTADO TRUJILLO, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECIDE: PRIMERO: Se declara sin lugar la apelación ejercida por el Abogado CORRADO MAGRI MORENO, en su carácter de Apoderado Judicial de los ciudadanos HONORIO JOSÉ CARRILLO y MARÍA DILIA MEJIA DE CARRILLO, en fecha diecisiete (17) de abril de dos mil siete (2007), contra la decisión dictada por el Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil, Tránsito, Agrario, Bancario y Constitucional de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Trujillo, de fecha nueve (09) de abril de dos mil siete (2007), mediante el cual declaró: Sin lugar la querella interdictal restitutoria por despojo, intentada por los ciudadanos HONORIO JOSÉ CARRILLO y MARÍA DILIA M.....
