Por todas las consideraciones de hecho y de derecho, ESTE JUZGADO SUPERIOR AGRARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TRUJILLO, CON SEDE EN LA CIUDAD CAPITAL DEL ESTADO TRUJILLO, ACTUANDO COMO JUEZ DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO ESPECIAL AGRARIO EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA: PRIMERO: INADMISIBLE EL RECURSO DE NULIDAD DE ACTO ADMINISTRATIVO AGRARIO, presentado por la ciudadana HILDA MARGARITA ENRIQUEZ BARAZARTE, asistida por el Abogado RAFAEL EDUARDO BRICEÑO QUINTERO, actuando como Defensor Público Agrario N° 02, contra del ACTO ADMINISTRATIVO emanado por el Instituto Nacional de Tierras (INTI), en reunión ORD-708-16, de fecha 18 de octubre de 2016, mediante el cual le otorga al ciudadano JOSÉ DEL ROSARIO AZUAJE, titular de la Cédula de Identidad número 9.155.247, TÍTULO DE PERMANENCIA SOCIALISTA AGRARIA Y CARTA DE REGISTRO AGRARIO, número 21301148716RAT0007367, sobre un lote de terreno denominado.....
