Declara: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR LA ACCIÓN INTERDICTAL RESTITUTORIA INCOADA POR EL CIUDADANO CANDELARIO MONTILLA ARTIGAS CONTRA EL CIUDADANO ALEJANDRO GIL. NO EXISTEN MEDIDAS A LA CUAL HACER MENCION. SEGUNDO: SE CONDENA EN COSTAS DE LA ACCIÓN AL QUERELLANTE PERDIDOSO, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Artículo 274 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.

este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, BANCARIO, AGRARIO, DEL TRANSITO Y OBLIGACIÓN ALIMENTARIA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TRUJILLO, administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara CON LUGAR la solicitud de Divorcio de los cónyuges MARIA SOCORRO ARAUJO GONZALEZ Y ANGEL GUILLERMO BUSTILLO ARENAS, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. 5.849.581 y 5.166.596, respectivamente y consiguientemente declara DISUELTO el vínculo matrimonial que ambos contrajeron ante la Prefectura del antiguo distrito Escuque, hoy Municipio Autónomo Escuque, Estado Trujillo, según Acta Nº 13, de fecha: 21 de agosto de 1.981.
